For all of you that have been 'California dreamin'', the California Housing Finance Agency just announced the Dream For All Shared Appreciation Loan! What is it? Program Eligibility

Requirements:

• Must not own a property in the last 3 years
• Occupy the property as a primary residence.
• Meet CalHFA income limits for this program.

Property Requirements:

• Be a single-family, one-unit residence.
• Manufactured housing is permitted
• Condominiums must meet the guidelines of the first mortgage*
